INGREDIENTS :
A fresh nugget of gold 1 kg
A big red pepper ¼ kg
A lemon 1 pcs
Salt 1 full of spoon
Spices ( sasa ) 1 full of spoon
Sugar 1 full of tea
Fragrant grass 1 pcs
Citrus leafes 2 pcs
Cabbage – lettuce 1 pcs
Celery leafes 2 pcs
Frying oil ½ ltr
For sauces :
Tomatos ½ kg
Shallots 1 ons
Garlics 1 ons
A small red pepper ¼ kg
TOOLS :
Stoves
Frying-pan
Casserole
Knife
Blender
Plate
Spoon and fork
A small pail
A pan
Napkin and trace newspapers
Pin of teeth
Steps :
Prepare all the ingredients and tools
Piece a fresh nugget of gold parallely
Soak nugget of gold with a lemon ( don’t forget to cut it first, after that press it above the fish). Add the salt and wait for 5 minutes.
Fry the fish until done.
While waiting, prepare all the ingredients for making sauces.
o Prepare the blender.
o Put all the ingredients for sauces ada blend it.
o Fry sauces. Add the salt, spices ( sasa ), sugar, citrus leafes and fragrant grass enough.
o Fry the sauces until done and the colours looked old red.
Prepare the plate and the decoration ( a big red pepper, cabbage – lettuce, and celery leafes ).
Put a little sauces on the plate.
Put the fish parallely on the plate like before.
Pour the other sauces on the fish.
Cooking have finished and ready to serve.
